How many pills can the bracelets hold?

Most bracelets can carry 2-4   15mm capsules, 1-2   22mm-25mm capsules, 3-4 rounds 5mm capsules.

Is it safe to place my pills inside the bracelets?

Yes, it is safe. Avoid exposing the bracelet to water and keep the bracelet near room temperature. Avoid exposing bracelets to high heat.

 

What is BRACE-ME's return policy?

You may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Damaged and or defective items can only be returned by mail and we exchange it. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Due to quarantine time frame, return shipments may take up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return and to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

Purchases using Visa, Master card, American Express, Discovery Afterpay and Paypal can be returned by mail and a Store credit or refund can be or issued.

Returns by mail:
Fill out the return form provided in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code.
Place merchandise and return form in the package.
Secure package for mailing.
Drop off package at your nearest USPS/UPS Store, USPS/UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or USPS/UPS Customer Center. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FREE REUTNS. CUSTOMERS PAY for return shipping.

How do I track my order?

you will receive an email notification with a tracking information, once your order has shipped. You will receive tracking information after your order has been processed and shipped.

How much time do returns take to be processed?

Returns by mail:

Processing time is up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once processed. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

Standard Shipping is FREE on orders $200+ ($7.95 for orders below $55).

Additional information for Shipping

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may take longer. Next Day shipping option is not available. Delivery to PO Boxes is available. To our military, we appreciate your service. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

What is BRACE-ME's exchange policy?

Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Brace-Me Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Brace-Me Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.  Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions.

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE

Claims related to shipments and orders must be reported within 30 days of invoice date.

We accept products for exchange or refund within 30 days of invoice date with a valid Returned Materials

Authorization (RMA) number. Product must be returned in new, resalable condition without any markings. Equipment MUST be returned unused, in the original package with seal unbroken. Please email brace me at Bracemenow@gmail.com for an RMA number and have your invoice available for reference.

Bracelets/items MUST be returned unused, in the original package with seal unbroken.

If you are returning items purchased at a quantity discount price, the credit of these products may result in a price adjustment for products not returned.

AFTER 30 DAYS OF INVOICE

No refunds for items returned after 30 days.

We cannot accept any product returned or exchanged after 6 months from the date of invoice. No discontinued product will be accepted for return.

RMA numbers will be valid for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of issuance. Merchandise returned after the expiration of the RMA number will not be accepted for credit. Care should be taken in packing return items to ensure that they will be received in the same condition as the original shipment. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any product received without a valid authorization number will be returned to sender. Product authorized for return or exchange must have at least one year shelf life remaining.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

All returns should be shipped to the following address in a traceable manner such as UPS, Federal Express, USPS (certified), etc. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise instructed by the Sales/Service department.
